Seven individual deluxe villas share the magnificent view of the Pacific‘s rugged Ballena Coast and the splendid Whale’s Tail.
Perfect for a family compound or corporate retreat, this is a very private location yet with easy access to nearby supermarkets, hospitals, banks etc. Adventure activities are also available in the area.
The central pool house has a commercial kitchen, bar area, office, large pool and social areas. One of the villas has 3 bedrooms, three of the villas have 2 bedrooms and three of the villas have 1 bedroom. One villa is handicapped accessible.
All of the villas have phone, internet, TV, air conditioning and a spectacular view of the ocean and Punta Uvita. Altogether, the villas can accommodate up to 36 guests in 12 bedrooms.

The first villa in the complex is located poolside and has a separate entrance in one of the bedrooms.

This roomy villa is furnished with king size beds and is conveniently located close to the pool.

Its name in English means “view of the sea”. The third villa has a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.

A comfortable stay in this room includes queen size beds and the evergreen rainforest that surrounds Villa 4
Villa 5 – 1 bedroom, 1 bath
Through the windows of Villa Toucan, you can birdwatch all year round including the namesake of the villa, the colorful toucan.
Villa 6 – 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
After walk in the forest or surfing trip , you can relax comfortably in this villa and enjoy the inspiring view.
Villa 7 – 1 bedroom, 1 bath
This villa is handicap equipped and it conveniently located close to the pool house for easier access.
